James Koscianski
James has more than 30 years of experience in criminal law. After graduating from Miami University of Oxford, Ohio, he pursued a marketing position with a major corporation, advancing to a position of assistant brand manager (building products/metal division). James then received his Juris Doctorate from Cleveland-Marshall School of Law and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1988.
James is widely respected in the legal community and is designated a Public Defender/Assigned Counsel in numerous courts. He is also a past and present Trustee for the Parma Bar Association and is affiliated with the West Shore Bar Association, Cuyahoga Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
John Koscianski
John has more than 30 years of experience in estate planning, domestic, and civil law. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree from Cleveland State University in Accounting, he received a Juris Doctorate from Cleveland-Marshall School of Law. He served as a paralegal at Hahn, Loeser, & Parks LLP in 1986 and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1990.
In addition to his position at Koscianski & Koscianski, John gives estate planning seminars and is a Hearing Officer for the City of Parma and Parma Municipal Court’s Juvenile Diversion Program. John has also taught in the A.B.A. certified Cuyahoga Community College Paralegal Studies Program.
Sara Patton
Sara joined Koscianski & Koscianski Co., LPA in 2012 as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant, specializing in Probate Administration. She is experienced and passionate about ensuring a family’s assets are properly administered after a loved one passes away. She strives to provide peace of mind and guides families through the intricacies of Probate Court and the Estate Administration process.
